This course is for ALL Florida Contractors License EXCEPT Electrical and Alarm Systems.

Course Overview - In this course, students will study some of the most relevant issues that contractors face today. This course provides information on various topics that affect a contractor's overall business. Topics include mold identification, effects and remediation, land use planning, the current legal environment of Florida?s construction industry, accounting for contractors and contracting into the next decade. Approved to meet the 7 hours GENERAL as required by the DBPR.
